ABO is in charge of the project management and coordination. Project management and coordination entails the daily management of project activities, monitoring the progress of content and activities, and begin in charge of the financial management, organization, planning and the exchange of information. More importantly, the project management keeps a close eye on the project objectives, the deliverables and the planning of the project.

Furthermore, the project management teams works closely together with the coordination team, which consists of representatives of the partners and is responsible for a sound project implementation and guidance. The partners in turn have to inform ABO as coordinating beneficiary on the progress of their respective activities, declare their certified costs to ABO and contribute to progress and final reports as well as perform their share of communication activities.
